Google is working on its own Blockchain based technology

Digital ledger technology called blockchain is used for crypto currencies like Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc. Google is working to take advantage of blockchain’s secure nature and use it for it’s own services.

Like protection of user data, hosting blockchain based cloud services, and distributed ledger which tried parties can use to post and verify transactions. Google is also working on white-lable version of this tech which other companies can host on their own servers.

“Like many new technologies, we have individuals in various teams exploring potential uses of blockchain but it’s way too early for us to speculate about any possible uses or plans,” a Google spokesman said to Bloomberg.
